CLE Systems LLC does not charge you to receive SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may charge fees for sending and receiving text messages and data depending on your mobile plan. You are solely responsible for any charges that your wireless carrier may apply. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your plan and applicable charges.
Message frequency varies depending on the type of consent provided and your interactions with CLE Systems LLC. Non-marketing messages are typically sent only as needed for service-related communication. Marketing message frequency varies based on promotions and service updates.
Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and other participating carriers) are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or non-delivered SMS messages. CLE Systems LLC is also not liable for any failure of message delivery, delay in transmission, or loss of message content caused by carrier networks, technical failures, signal issues, or any cause outside of our reasonable control. Carrier T&Cs apply to all SMS messaging.
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive SMS messages from CLE Systems LLC or to use our services. Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 18. By submitting our contact form or providing SMS consent, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will promptly delete that information.
